Post [Podcast] Writing Excuses
Brandon Sanderson, along with cartoonist Howard Taylor and horror novelist Dan Wells, have recently launched a podcast website called "Writing Excuses".

From the site's first entry on January 15, 2008, the authors describe the site:

"...Each 15 minute podcast will [cover] some aspect of writing, and (hopefully) will be snappy, fun, and informative. Whether you’re an aspiring writer or just want some insight into the way writers think, we hope you enjoy listening!"

Unlike some other writers' resources, these experts keep things light and do not take themselves too seriously. (With a tagline of "15-minutes long because you’re in a hurry and we’re not that smart", it's obvious.) Writing Excuses has, so far, lived up to their hopes and can be found at http://www.writingexcuses.com/

Post Re: [Podcast] Writing Excuses
I found this over the weekend, before noticing that Jenisi put it up here :p , and just listened to all the episodes while riding from Kansas to Dallas. Great discussions and suggestions for writers. I took some notes and will be using them in my own projects.

Halt there! Now! By the order of the Lord Dragon! Else he channel your head into your belly and feed you your own feet for breakfast. -Mat
